1. Flowers! But of course!
2. Flowers! Could be!
3. A great gift basket! Aha!!

Everything looks so fresh!
Thanks!! Fresh is a good word to describe our beautiful flowers!
When I worked as a secretary, I always received a HUGE floral arrangement from my boss. I felt so loved and appreciated. When someone feels appreciated, they reciprocate with doing more to be appreciated for. It’s a universal law. If people are smart, they will honor their secretaries!
Me, too, Loretta! When I was a secretary I received an amazing floral arrangement every year. I’ll never forget it! And my brother, who is an attorney, has always sent his secretary a gift basket (from me) and she has been the envy of his office (the other secretaries received either a little bud vase of flowers or nothing at all). A little appreciation goes a long way!
I love the way it’s not just flowers we can send, the added touches of fruit and munchies and plants are the best!! Thanks for sharing this info!!
You are so welcome, Maria! I know secretaries love receiving the acknowledgement, not matter if it’s flowers, a gift basket or a nice plant!
Any of these would make a great present for a hard-working secretary, or business contact Beautiful colours !
I think so, too!! I think being a secretary can be a very difficult job (I remember it well) and a little bit of thanks goes a long way!!
Thanks!
Fred, when you have a secretary you’ll remember this, won’t you?
The flowers are beautiful as always
Just like you, my friend!! Just like you!!
Wow I’d love to receive any of those amazing flowers or fruit baskets! I think more people should start to recognize these “holidays” again. They seem to be swept under the rug nowadays. It’s a great way to do a little something out of your way to show another your appreciation once a year!
You are so right. People forget these “little” holidays but they are really important! It’s not so difficult to say “Thank You” to your secretary once a year, is it?
I know that when I worked in an office the secretaries always appreciated being remember. They work so hard and deserve to be recognized!
Me, too, Heather. This is one opportunity to say Thank You that shouldn’t be missed!
Flowers are always so lovely. Just finished reading Vanessa Diffenbaugh’s “The Language of Flowers”. It was a great read. I”m going to use the information I gained when I order flowers in the future!!
I agree with you. I LOVED “The Language of Flowers”. (I had a pre-copy offered by the Society of American Florists!). I am glad you enjoyed it!
Flowers are a great way to show your secretary or assistant that they’re important and that you appreciate all they do.
So you make me wonder, is it “Secretary” or “Assistant”, and DOES IT REALLY MATTER???
Such nice choices for our secretaries!
Thanks, Laurie! I hope you remember how important the day is and give your secretaries something nice, like fresh flowers!
I really like the basket, Do you ever put some nuts around ?
My first thought is Gee, I’m nuts, so why would I put myself around? But I assume you mean the kind of nuts one eats! Yes, of course I include nuts! Shelled nuts. People seem to love them (and they’re good for you, too!).
Your bouquets are GORGEOUS!
YB
Thanks, Yvonne. We enjoy what we do, and we enjoy making other people happy!
I love giving baskets or plants. I always feel bad when I loved my flowers and then have to throw them out because they’ve reached their end ;(
I know what you mean. But fresh flowers are always nice!!
